Unannounced review will not allow withdrawals.

I'm writting this with absolute frustration. For the past month I've been trying to withdraw from my account but the money bounces back into the account, I've called the customer care line every 48hours for the past month looking for an update and they keep telling me my account is under review. I was not notified that my account was under review and and they can't tell me how long the review will last. I'm frustrated and annoyed. They allowed money to be deposited into the account but they won't allow any money to leave the account. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible. At this point, I just want the money that I deposited, I don't care about the winnings. I have real life problems and I need my money back.

Refusal to withdraw and terminate services

I opened a betway account played once and withdrew. I tried to withdraw since January and now my account is locked. I only deposited once on this account and never did anything wrong. I deposited 250 once and I played and when I withdraw you tell me this. I was referred to clauses one of suspicious and that betway has a write to close for mo reason. Can I have my 250 back please? How can one transaction be suspicious. You can terminate and give me 250 back. This is a **** mos? Why betwayis mistreating us. As for terminating services with my ****** 250. I wagered and now this nonsense If no response I am taking it up

Betway Quick to Take Deposits, Impossible to Withdraw

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Betway. According to their own customer support team, a review was incorrectly placed on my account - something that should never have happened in the first place. Despite this being acknowledged as an error, I have now spent over a week trying to get this resolved. I’ve called multiple times and also sent numerous emails, yet each time I receive the same generic response: “it has been escalated” and “please follow up again in 24 hours.” No one takes ownership, no timelines are met, and nothing actually gets resolved. What is particularly concerning is how efficient Betway is when it comes to accepting deposits, yet when it’s time to withdraw funds, the process becomes unnecessarily difficult and delayed. This creates a very poor customer experience and raises serious concerns. Customers should not have to chase their own money or spend hours following up on issues caused by internal errors. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the appropriate regulatory and consumer channels.

A very disappointed customer

I'm truely disappointed in you guys I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from January and the reverse it back with no reason let alone their customer care line that is forever not answered n as for chatbot no man please do something about it I'm really in need of that money

Request for Assistance Regarding Account Withdrawal Issue

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding an issue I have been experiencing with my account, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving it. On 6 February, I successfully made a withdrawal of R1000 in the afternoon. However, when I attempted a second withdrawal of R600 shortly thereafter, the transaction was not processed. Instead, the amount was reversed back into my account. I made several additional attempts to withdraw the funds, but each time the transactions were reversed. In an effort to resolve this matter, I attempted to use the chat support service multiple times. Unfortunately, whenever I was transferred to a human agent, the chat would freeze and no assistance was provided. I then contacted customer care via telephone. After a prolonged wait, I spoke with an agent who informed me that my account was under review but did not provide any further explanation. I made a subsequent call and spoke with another agent who offered a partial explanation. However, I was still not provided with clarity regarding the duration of the review process, which remains my primary concern. Since then, I have continued using the available R600 for betting while awaiting feedback on the status of my account. My balance has now grown to over R10,000; however, I am still unable to make any withdrawals due to the ongoing account restriction. I kindly request your urgent assistance in reviewing my account and lifting the restriction so that I may access my funds and continue using the platform without further inconvenience.
