I mistakenely withdrew to my closed account. I have been holding for 1 hour for the call centre for someone to assist in reversing back to acc account but no assistance and this live chat is telling me 72 hours whereas i loaded this morning because my children have no food. I cannot wait 3 days to recieve that money back i plkay everyday i loose i have no electricity my kids went to school hungry.. i need that money reversed immediately

Ive been dealing with one quiry for past 3 weeks...refund...customers frim telkom have recieved exept me...new case number everyday...i am very angry at this rate might even leave vapitec because i want my money...they were quick to tell me they will charge me its not their fault but now they refusing and telkom has refunded them but they refuse to refund me...customers from other banks including mine have recieved except me
I bought airtime 17th 0f 99 online i normal use that but it didnt come through whereas money went of,now keep calling no answer whats app line no please give my money back
I am so dissapinted on old mutual i submited a claim a werk and a half ago for my grandmas funeral as it is i owe the mortury because funeral was on saterday. I dont know how many times i went to the branch to submit the same documents,when i get home during this painful time ill recieve sms to submit and go back to this day still nothing same as call centrr, i used to be impressed with this company but now ther service is poor, i must say one thing Mr Johan in old mutual kroonstad was helpful ,but i see his attempts where also not successful...again ibhave to ask for time of to visit a branch because i have to pay the mortuary..am so angry right now
My grandmother has had a loan from 2010 to date the loan has not been paid up....she has been paying instalments since then but loan are still the original loans just minus two months instalments. I requested statements on her behalf as she is old now and not getting help..the one loan shows minus two instalments the other no instalment on the statements provided. Question where have the other instalments gone to that where debuted for the past 8 years...the other loan and sms was sent to say it was settled only for them to come back and say no she still owes. Hi <br> <br> I've lost count on how many e-mails I've sent regarding cancelled contract with no reply, I have been retrenched since last year November and I called in to let you guys know I will not be renewing, the cellphoone was cancelled it seems the modem and laptop am still being billed, I don't have money to call and hold all the time..I haven't used that modem since last year yet everymonth I keep geting this statement..Now is the chance to go back and check recordings on phones and e-mails etc cause am so tired of this after being a customer for so many years after being retrenched am still getting billed with something I cancelled if I am not getting any income how wil I pay, I have told them numerously since beginning of the year even when theuy called am not renewing.. <br> <br> Please assist..
My huand has been having this issue with mtn since last year, now its been handed over and he is blacklisted and it affects both of us.. He cancelled conrtract last uyear 2014 and the and future deactivation of phone was set for 15th June the consultant even printed us e-mail reply from headoffice, 2015 June my husband finds out MTN blaclisted him and apperently there's a fee he has to pay AGAIN for this contract to be closed pkease assist becaase thes is really upsetting. Or must we now involve the lawyers
