NO CASH BACK - WHY??
I deposited over R3000 in one week and did not receive my weekly cashback. I asked the consultant online (Carlos) and was told that i do not qualify. I play every week and get my cashback every week, but this week nothing. Was told that even if i complain, i will get the same response. Come on Betway. Consistency.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Most difficult bank to get any assistance with. You can email or WhatsApp and get no response. Business account is useless as you are seen as a ******** if someone complains 3 days after placing an order. Wian Vermaak sent me an email once and just basically said they wont do anything to assist me. Account has been blocked for 3 weeks now. Business is at a stand still because of 1 ***** who thinks they own the South African economy and complained within 3 days of placing order. Unbelievable. Yet the banks are no longer there for the Businesses, rather for the complainant.

AGAIN STD BANK. WHAT THE HELL??
Again. What is the matter with Standard bank. I opened an account online and they said that i can use the account online until i get a chance to go to the bank to collect my card. Now they have locked my account and im unable to access it. Its unacceptable. I asked about my card delivery and then they blocked it. Im definitely sueing for loss of income if j lose my clients that need their orders

Account Error
Received my SRD Money today into my account and now i cannot access my account due to some ***** prevention. Called them and was on the phone a total of 75min. I must now travel far to a police station to make an affidavit to confirm where my funds came from... Thats unnaceptable. I have never heard of this. Now i cant access my much needed R350 SRD Money to feed my family. Terrible service Std bank

1 Year later... Still no voucher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bought a voucher via the SCODE function on 06/08/2022 and up until today still havent received it. Everytime i chat to them, they say the account department is looking into it. Today when i asked again the lady responded that the account department will get back to me in a month. What a joke. More than a year. Terrible service.
