The customer serice is absolutely appauling. First they tellme i am logged in in the wrong account. And the more i tell and show them i am logged in correctly the system has a glitch. The less they read and understand. Then after i show them the account they say i amloggex in does not show registeted as i changed from that nunber to this number. Then still they cant allocate my 300 voucher. Which was already paid on 00:32 1st jan.

This is the upteenth time I am left frustrated and no resolve for my issue. I requested a two separate cash outs 4days ago. But still no payment has been made to me. I was told to wait 72hours, which I did, after that I was again told to kindly wait till the next morning,and I did,the next morning I am again told to wait. Now they are quick to stipulate their policy terms when avoiding delays in payment issues from clients. But now that the policy they refer to is against them , they have no answers. And apparently no supervisor to contact instead of Irma,Karen or the other AI -like agents that literally have copy and paste responses to everything. Surely if their timeline in their own policies have lapsed , I should be able to do something about it!!!!I need help here,what is the next step?

I have no words what so ever for this platform they are the most rudest and unfriendly bunch of operators ive ever came across. Ive got R1000 in their account which i have proof of but because i had one diget missing from the reference i might aswell count my losses and move on. Its been over 3 months now. They are unprofessional and most definitely do not have any people skills! This is by far the worst platform in any category ive ever came across in my life! Only advice i have is DO NIT TRUST THEM THEY ARE ********S!!!!!

Guys please make sure you guys have the right dokuments and stuff cause this site can be a big pain in the a** i bought a 450 voucher not knowing about the verify steps at that time i did not had id , passport, or license so yea they dont even want to send you the voucher to another number thats already verifyd

I have had to use this site because another site that I like to play requires me to load money and they are the app they use , If you ever need assistance on the site the support on acoin are completely out of there depth, the support needs support they recently said we need to update our info because I need to get a higher status in order to be able to load more money on the actual site I'm using. Just so we clear this is acoins protocol, my proof of address I send them wasn't with in the time frame apparently and I had to get a more recent 1 so I did but now for the last 2 days I am messaging three support and sending the correct info and they first tell me they with be in touch and they have never ever not once actually been in touch or even bother3d so for 2 days I have been trying to explain that the page to load the doc on says speak to support the. Support are telling me to load on the page and they more I tell them and try send them pics they just can't grasp what I'm saying and couldn't bother to even try give a fu#$k, and that's just once insadent, another thing if you share a voucher with the incorrect number by mistake and request them to reverse or send it to the correct number they can't. They give it to you in text and you have to use the entire amount at one place other wise the amount left over with go back to the incorrect number . Does this sound like somewhere that should handle your money or you want on your bussiness platforms?? Not a chance....
