I PREVIOUSLY HAD ISSUES WITH SLOW REACTION FROM BETWAY. LATELY I HAVE HAD A WINNING WHICH IVE CASHED OUT TO AN ATM FOR PAYMENT. BETWAY REVERSED THE PAYMENT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. HOWEVER MY ACCOUNT HAS CHANGED SO I NEED THE WINNINGS TO BE TRANSFERED INTO MY NEW ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD TO UPLOAD MY NEW ACCOUNT DETAILS TO MY BETWAY ACCOUNT, WHICH I DID. NOW BETWAY AGENTS SAY THAT THE REQUEST IS IN LINE AND RESULT WILL BE GIVEN IN TWO WEEKS TIME. THIS IS UTTERLY DISGRACEFULL. SAME STORY OVER AND OVER. I WAS EVEN ASKED TO RE , RELOAD MY NEW BANKING DETAILS ASIF IT WAS NOT DONE BEFOR. IVE NOW CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. STILL WAITING FOR BETWAY.
