reverse my money now please

I mistakenely withdrew to my closed account.

I have been holding for 1 hour for the call centre

for someone to assist in reversing back to acc account but no assistance and this live chat is telling me 72 hours whereas i loaded this morning because my children have no food.

I cannot wait 3 days to recieve that money back i plkay everyday i loose i have no electricity my kids went to school hungry..

i need that money reversed immediately
