Since 28 April 2026, I have been trying to resolve an issue with two paid domains that remain inactive and unable to resolve. Despite logging a support ticket, making multiple follow-up calls, and being assured that my case was escalated, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. I also followed the company’s management escalation process, but that produced no results either. The lack of communication and urgency is extremely disappointing, especially considering how quickly services are suspended when payments are due. This experience has shown a serious lack of customer focus and support accountability. For a service provider, failing to prioritize customers when the fault is on their side is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable service or peace of mind.

I paid for a service in December 2025 with the expectation that installation would take place in early January 2026. Since then, it has been nothing but repeated delays, broken promises and no accountability. Here is the reality: January: No installation, no proper communication February: Told the area is “not live yet” March: Requested refund — told it would be escalated April: Promised installation “within the week” May: Still no installation, no refund Every time I follow up, I receive the same type of response: Apologies Promises No action I have now been waiting for over 4 months with zero service delivered, yet my money is still being held. What is most frustrating is the pattern: Commit to timelines → Miss them Offer refund → No follow-through Ask for patience → Deliver nothing At this point, apologies have no value. This is not a delay anymore — it is a complete failure to deliver or resolve. My expectation is simple: Refund my money immediately and cancel this order. To anyone considering this company: be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself stuck in the same endless loop of delays and empty promises. I will continue escalating this matter until it is resolved.

6 DAYS with NO fibre (7–13 April), yet Accelerit refuses to credit me because their SLA only counts “business days.” I pay for a 24/7 service, not a Monday–Friday or business days only connection. This excuse is unacceptable. It gets worse: Ongoing outages in our area Calls not answered Emails ignored Then I receive an incorrectly dated invoice (Oct 2024) on 23 April 2026. I queried it 4 times — no response. Instead, they debit my account with an incorrect amount without explanation. Now I’m getting automated threats of disconnection for an “outstanding balance,” while: My queries are ignored No clarification is given No banking details provided So let me get this straight — no service, no support, billing errors, and now disconnection threats? This is extremely poor service and unacceptable business practice. Avoid them if you expect a service that you pay for.

Have used their website client portal, their app to communicate and open tickets for tech support since Monday morning of the 27th. To date after multiple call attempts and messages not a single reply or follow up, quick to request early payments but have ZERO after sales service.

Bad service I've received from Accerlerit, it's been 5 days without internet, I've been send from pillar to post, one technician to another, yet I'm paying them monthly without fail. Don't ever sign up with thiscompany 🚮

I am beyond frustrated with Accelerit Fibre and their absolutely unreliable service. Every single month it’s the same story — just a few days after making payment, the network goes down. Not for a few minutes or hours, but for DAYS. This past weekend, the connection was down the entire time, and now it’s Monday and still nothing. I work from home, so this is not just an inconvenience — it directly affects my ability to earn a living. Yet somehow, at the end of the month, they expect full payment like they’ve been delivering a perfect service. It’s honestly unacceptable. What makes it even worse is the complete lack of communication. There are no proper updates, no clear timelines, just the same repeated excuse about “maintenance.” How is it always maintenance? And why is it always at the customer’s expense? Trying to get help is another nightmare. You’re forced to call a non-toll-free number and sit on hold for hours, wasting airtime, only for no real solution to be provided. It feels like customers are being ignored completely. This service is unreliable, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing. Paying customers deserve consistent service, transparency, and support — none of which Accelerit seems capable of providing. At this point, it’s not even occasional downtime anymore — it’s constant. Down, down, down. Something seriously needs to change.
