ZERO AFTERSALES SERVICE
Have used their website client portal, their app to communicate and open tickets for tech support since Monday morning of the 27th.
To date after multiple call attempts and messages not a single reply or follow up, quick to request early payments but have ZERO after sales service.

01 May 2026, 10:14Two more days have passed, eventually got a hold of them to find out that ALL three of their technicians are on training and thats why there is no assistance available, for a week!
To date still not fixed, tried again via the phone, I got through but their VOIP signal is so poor you cannot speak to them, they must be using their own network for VOIP, its a joke.
