Since 28 April 2026, I have been trying to resolve an issue with two paid domains that remain inactive and unable to resolve. Despite logging a support ticket, making multiple follow-up calls, and being assured that my case was escalated, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. I also followed the company’s management escalation process, but that produced no results either. The lack of communication and urgency is extremely disappointing, especially considering how quickly services are suspended when payments are due. This experience has shown a serious lack of customer focus and support accountability. For a service provider, failing to prioritize customers when the fault is on their side is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable service or peace of mind.
I took my car to Audi Centre Sandton for some repairs to be done on the car including service, as there was at the dealership I received a call re the 2 chips I had on my windscreen and gave a go ahead for Audi to stop them, however upon picking up the car, my windscreen had a crack away from the chips which were stopped, when this was questioned I was told that the windscreen fitting that was on my car in 2019 were not done correctly hence the crack. This is BS to be honest, when this happened no one at Audi called me to tell me of the crack and had to question the crack, which simply shows pure lies because no one told me of that. This transpired at Audi and now I am being told that it was due to work that was done in 2019. I ha e asked several times to have the service manager to call me and nothing. I have been an Audi client since 2016 and I must say such service is **** as they will break your staff and come up with a lame excuse to avoid taking responsibility of their poor actions. Such a huge organization I am really disappointed and I can safely say I will not be going back to Audi again but changing brands going forward. I am sure if it was "someone" else they would have took action. Well if ever someone asks me about Audi Centre Sandton, my response is purely thry deliver **** service! Now I am told I need to fix it but when I took my car it had no cracks what nonsense is that??? Audi Centre Sandton is mediocre. #unhappyloyalcustomer I am using Audi South Africa as Audi Centre Sandton is not claimed on hello Peter.
I ordered a device with Telkom last week Thursday (09-11-17) and i was told that i will receive my device in the next 5-10 working days, which i was fine with, however yesterday (14-11-17) Telkom8ta debits my account and i have not even received the device as yet. How is that possible and how does that makes sense that i get debited without even having what i ordered? The consultant told me that i will be debited on the 25th of every month and now its not the 25th - i would this to be addressed ASAP else i am opening up a case today regarding this, it does NOT state that i will be debited on the 14th and worse i dont even have the device. I am in contact with my lawyers and if no communication has been made and issue has been rectified by Telkom 8ta - they will hearing from my lawyer in the next 24hrs. Regards Themba
<p>Cell C advised me that when my contract is about to finish, a month prior i should send them an email advising them that i need to cancel which i did and after a few days i called them and asked to make sure that is cancelled which they provided me with sms confirmations that my account has been cancelled and all that.</p> <p>Today they still debit me for what i have no idea in the world - i am currenly in contact with my lawyers as i really dont have time to be dealing with such an incompetant company and people that fail to do their jobs but first in line when it comes to strikes and all that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell-C is terrible in their service - my wife had the same issue and it took them an arm and leg just to reverse the money that doesnt belong to them, but if you owe them their first in line to list you with ITC.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
I hired a car at service during the course of July 2015 - I hired a Audi A3 Sedan (Blue) - I drove the car down to Durban for a holiday - Before taking off the car to be driven i kindly asked the consultant that \i notice that the tyres on car are not the same why? i was told to rest assured all will is fine.<br> <br> Drove the car down to kzn - on my last day i was involved in an accident the car was a write off because the back tyre (passenger) came off. Prior to paying R4000 to hire the car i was told i had to pay R3500 for access which i did....drove back to joburg and i was told i owe more money because of the kilometers i used which i adhered to and made arrangement with. Avis never debited my account as per the arrangement which was R1800 then later on i get a call from Olebogeng saying i owe about R3400 or something i refused to pay something i don't know off - Then i get a call again today saying i owe R11000 for what he can't answer me.<br> <br> This is a bad service and i won't stand this as the amount keeps on changing every second - If avis can't hire people that did proper maths then they should consider closing down their business cause clearly its useless and unprofessional."
I have been banking with Fnb for a while now and today I had a chrisis spoke to a consultant at the parktown Fnb branch and she couldn't be of any assistance forgot her name then spoke to her superior Mr kholumo.<br> <br> This guy asked me 2 questions? How are you? & how can I make your day? I explained my issue and chrisis and kindly said to me. \Sir can you give me few minutes and your day will be made"<br> <br> I got a phone after 16min and my issue/chrisis was resolved. We need people like Mr kholumo at the bank"
