Bad service
Bad service I've received from Accerlerit, it's been 5 days without internet, I've been send from pillar to post, one technician to another, yet I'm paying them monthly without fail. Don't ever sign up with thiscompany 🚮

Worst insurance ever.
Worst insurance ever. Scammers!!!!!!, it wont end here, im taking you to twitter, ombudsman everywhere i can go. Last week my car broke, took it in for mechanics, they said my water pump had failed and the car overheated, furthur on they needed to do more diagnosis, they needed to change the : CYLINDER HEAD OVERHAUL, HEAD GASKET SET, THERMOSTAT, TIMING CHAIN KIT, CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL, WATER PUMP, the amount came to R26 000, after a long week The most rude and self centered "Jeandre" called me yesterday to tell me my calim has been rejected, i asked why, he said they dont cover water pump,theirs no where it says that on the documents i signed in 2016, Im coverd for all the above why are the other components rejected if thats the case. im taking this to facebbok, twitter, instagram, everywhere, ive been paying my hard earned CASH!!!!! to scammers. FIX MY CAR!!!!!!!

Miway (Anathi Ndum-ndum)
I called Miway today to update my address, I first spoke to the consultant who just took my premium up by almost half of what I’m paying, I couldn’t accept that since I’ve been a customer for almost 5 years if not more, I was then referred to Anathi Ndum ndum who help me with reducing that premium to almost half of that. With that said, I even added house content insurance on top of that. Thank you to miway and a special thanks to Anathi Ndum ndum for the great service.
