I am beyond frustrated with Accelerit Fibre and their absolutely unreliable service. Every single month it’s the same story — just a few days after making payment, the network goes down. Not for a few minutes or hours, but for DAYS. This past weekend, the connection was down the entire time, and now it’s Monday and still nothing. I work from home, so this is not just an inconvenience — it directly affects my ability to earn a living. Yet somehow, at the end of the month, they expect full payment like they’ve been delivering a perfect service. It’s honestly unacceptable. What makes it even worse is the complete lack of communication. There are no proper updates, no clear timelines, just the same repeated excuse about “maintenance.” How is it always maintenance? And why is it always at the customer’s expense? Trying to get help is another nightmare. You’re forced to call a non-toll-free number and sit on hold for hours, wasting airtime, only for no real solution to be provided. It feels like customers are being ignored completely. This service is unreliable, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing. Paying customers deserve consistent service, transparency, and support — none of which Accelerit seems capable of providing. At this point, it’s not even occasional downtime anymore — it’s constant. Down, down, down. Something seriously needs to change.
