I am sharing my experience with Accelerit to warn others and to hopefully get urgent resolution. I paid for a service in December 2025 with the expectation that installation would take place in early January 2026. Since then, it has been nothing but repeated delays, broken promises and no accountability. Here is the reality: January: No installation, no proper communication February: Told the area is “not live yet” March: Requested refund — told it would be escalated April: Promised installation “within the week” May: Still no installation, no refund Every time I follow up, I receive the same type of response: Apologies Promises No action I have now been waiting for over 4 months with zero service delivered, yet my money is still being held. What is most frustrating is the pattern: Commit to timelines → Miss them Offer refund → No follow-through Ask for patience → Deliver nothing At this point, apologies have no value. This is not a delay anymore — it is a complete failure to deliver or resolve. My expectation is simple: Refund my money immediately and cancel this order. To anyone considering this company: be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself stuck in the same endless loop of delays and empty promises. I will continue escalating this matter until it is resolved.
I purchased a Bennett Read 1.7L Classique Glass Kettle, and it stopped working after just two months. I returned it to Game, where I was informed it would be sent away for inspection. Since I live far from the nearest Game store, I have been without a kettle for over two months now. While I was there returning my kettle, I noticed at least four other customers returning various items, including one with the same kettle as mine. This clearly points to a recurring issue with this product, and I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had with your service. As a first-time user, I had high expectations, which unfortunately have not been met. My frustrations primarily stem from the lack of responsiveness from your support line and other communication channels. Despite attempting to resolve issues regarding unauthorized deductions and payment scheduling, I have encountered significant difficulties. The initial deduction, followed by subsequent unauthorized withdrawals, contradicted the agreed-upon payment schedule of "3 equal payments 30 days apart," which has severely inconvenienced me financially. Furthermore, my request to adjust the payment date to align with my salary deposit was denied, despite my explanation of the hardship it caused. This refusal, coupled with frequent and unexplained debits from my account, has resulted in additional financial burden. Moreover, the lack of responsiveness to customer feedback and the numerous negative reviews your company has received highlight a concerning disregard for customer satisfaction and service quality. In light of these issues, I regret to inform you that I will not be using your service again and will advise others to exercise caution in their dealings with your company.
Capitec is 1 of the worst banks. Their funeral policy is a scam and a waste of money. Be careful with them. What they dont explain to you, is crucial and will determine the outcome. Question.. how are you covered immediately if there is a "waiting period of 6 month"??? Why not put in your contract YOU ARE NOT COVERED, ONLY IF THE 6 MOTHS EXPIRE!!! Thats transparency not this bull you feed your clients
I have to say i was very skeptical when i moved over to Dotsure but when i received the amazing service from them and i was especially impressed with the painless and swift process when my claim was submitted. Well done Dotsure, 5 stars is a must!
Be extremely careful of this medical insurance. They Robbed me from the get go and continued to do so each and every month. The first debit, they deducted over the amount that was supposed to be deducted and when i called in to bring this to their attention they advised me that they will speak to their HR department and get back to me regarding the reimbur*****t. (Nothing came of that) When i received my cards all my information was incorrect and waited over a month for the new cards. I was then contacted again to inform me that for the 4 months i have been with them, they deducted less then what the payment should be and require my permission to do the debit to make up for all the months they had made a mistake. I brought to their attention that i am still waiting for my reimbur*****t and once this is payed to me then can we discuss further, at this point i was furious and after a painful four months with them decided to cancel my subscription with them. These guys after sending me my cancellation latter as per my request made another debit order from my account. I immediately put a stop order from my bank and had to spend more hours on the phone with them to clear this up and had to threaten them by taking them to court if another incident is to happen any further. After all this i have used once which i also had to pay in more money i would have spend if i had to go to a doctor privately, and lost the reimbur*****t which was promised to me . There is no worst then this scheme!
