Since 28 April 2026, I have been trying to resolve an issue with two paid domains that remain inactive and unable to resolve. Despite logging a support ticket, making multiple follow-up calls, and being assured that my case was escalated, I have received no meaningful response or resolution.
I also followed the company’s management escalation process, but that produced no results either. The lack of communication and urgency is extremely disappointing, especially considering how quickly services are suspended when payments are due.
This experience has shown a serious lack of customer focus and support accountability. For a service provider, failing to prioritize customers when the fault is on their side is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable service or peace of mind.
