Rentoza has no customer service from the time I started my subscription till the end that’s why I will never go back to them. I recently saw a statement were they promised their customer service will definitely improve. I then reached out to get assistance to remove what they wrote that my phone is managed by rentoza and I am done paying them but still you get response after 5hrs and they still not resolving my issue can I please get assistance

My device was ****** via smash and grab since feb but every other a a consultant phones for payment of the device i keep ecplsining the same thing over and over again , the worst part the insurance calim states completed ...Completed what ???? when i did not even receive a call from the insurenace department , this is such a disgusting company it is not even funny , i already complete 3 subcriptions and this is how you get treated !!!!!

ear Rentoza Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I have received after the end of my subscription. My subscription has ended, and I have paid off my phone. A technician named Lebo was scheduled to uninstall the company software from my device. However, when he arrived, he did not bring his laptop and was unable to complete the work. He advised that he would return after an hour and a half, but he did not come back. He later said he would come the next day, but after that, he went silent. The last I heard from him was a week ago, and I have not been able to get hold of him or anyone else for assistance. This is extremely frustrating, as I have fulfilled my obligations and paid off the device, yet I am still unable to have the company software removed. Please urgently assist me and arrange for the software to be removed from my phone as soon as possible. Kind regards, Joythi Maharaj

I have previous rented from Rentoza and had no hassles, last month on the 24th of April I tried to subscribe again. and was declined. No problem, was promised my refund in 6-12 working days. I app**** for a xbox one controller on sunday night , processed the payment and the payment went through however there is no order placed and no feedback from Rentoza like how do you just take money and not even provide an order number

Disappointed with this company service, I have been requesting for my refund since the 10th of April 2026 still even today I have not received all you get is automated messages that the refund will be processed, no one is calling you to give me reason as to why or when will I get my money they said the process takes 7-14 day for refund but its been over 6 weeks I have not received anything. Rentoza give me my money back

Despite being informed of a 30-day lead time to procure local stock, the agreement has been breached in several ways. * Firstly, there has been a failure to keep me updated. I have not received any information about stock availability issues or the product delivery date, especially after the 30-day lead time had lapsed. Additionally, there have been no updates from Rentoza at all, forcing me to constantly follow up via email. The advertised WhatsApp and Facebook channels have proven ineffective in obtaining any response. * * Secondly, the treadmill has not been delivered, and I have not been provided with any estimated time of arrival for the stock. There has been a general failure to respond on all platforms. I am particularly concerned about this situation as I have already paid the first instalment, yet there has been no delivery of the item. I would like to bring this matter to your attention, as it is unacceptable for a company to continue serving clients in this manner. I am currently awaiting a callback from your management to discuss this issue further and to seek a resolution.
