ear Rentoza Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I have received after the end of my subscription. My subscription has ended, and I have paid off my phone. A technician named Lebo was scheduled to uninstall the company software from my device. However, when he arrived, he did not bring his laptop and was unable to complete the work. He advised that he would return after an hour and a half, but he did not come back. He later said he would come the next day, but after that, he went silent. The last I heard from him was a week ago, and I have not been able to get hold of him or anyone else for assistance. This is extremely frustrating, as I have fulfilled my obligations and paid off the device, yet I am still unable to have the company software removed. Please urgently assist me and arrange for the software to be removed from my phone as soon as possible. Kind regards, Joythi Maharaj
Hi, I have been trying to get assistance the whole day. I need a call to be pulled and investigated as my loan was not paid up and i am still be debited. No one can assist me. It is so frustrating. Can someone please assist me
I am very disappointed in Discovery Health. Despite debiting account and my account being up to date, they have suspended my health cover. I have called numerous times to rectify this but with no success. The last call they just put me on hold and no one has come back to me with an answer. This is really unacceptable.
Poor service. I received the incorrect products. Asked for products to be sent back and the correct products to be delivered to me. They picked up the incorrect product and then sent one of the right products and have not credited me for the other product. I keep emailing and calling and no one has gotten back to. Very disappointed. Hoping someone goes reach out to me for my refund.
