DISGUSTED SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT
My device was ****** via smash and grab since feb but every other a a consultant phones for payment of the device i keep ecplsining the same thing over and over again , the worst part the insurance calim states completed ...Completed what ???? when i did not even receive a call from the insurenace department , this is such a disgusting company it is not even funny , i already complete 3 subcriptions and this is how you get treated !!!!!

PATHEIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE
THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTAELY DISGUSTINGA ND PATHEIC , I HAVE PAID BOTH MY SUBSCRIPTON WAS PAID AND THEY HAVE AUDITY TO TELL ME IT IS UNPAID WHEN I PAID BOTH , I REGRET TAKING A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM THERE IS NO CONTACT DETAILS AT ALL !!!!!!

Disappointed customer
From the beginning of our registration nothing was explained in detail !!!! for every added service they give you its all about money , we were not told that we have to add another services when we took the package only now when we suppose to be done 5 months later we find out that we have to pay another fee of R1800 and not only that we have to pay another fee when we done with that service ... My question is why is all this not explained in detail before a package is taken out .... I amvery disappointed in the service received and i do not recommend them at all!!!!!
