I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I have received after the end of my subscription.
My subscription has ended, and I have paid off my phone. A technician named Lebo was scheduled to uninstall the company software from my device. However, when he arrived, he did not bring his laptop and was unable to complete the work.
He advised that he would return after an hour and a half, but he did not come back. He later said he would come the next day, but after that, he went silent. The last I heard from him was a week ago, and I have not been able to get hold of him or anyone else for assistance.
This is extremely frustrating, as I have fulfilled my obligations and paid off the device, yet I am still unable to have the company software removed.
Please urgently assist me and arrange for the software to be removed from my phone as soon as possible.
