I app**** for a xbox one controller on sunday night , processed the payment and the payment went through however there is no order placed and no feedback from Rentoza like how do you just take money and not even provide an order number
Good day, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my withdrawal and pension transfer process. I resigned from my previous employer, where my pension fund was managed through Momentum. I elected to withdraw my savings portion and transfer the remaining pension funds to my new pension fund with Alexander Forbes. I completed and submitted all the required documentation on 2 April 2026. However, I only received communication on 19 April 2026 requesting the details of where the pension funds should be transferred. I immediately provided the requested email address and information. After hearing nothing further, I contacted your offices again last week, only to discover that no progress had been made on my request. I was then asked once again to resend the transferring pension fund details and email address, which I did immediately. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and have not received a single response. What is even more frustrating is that the savings withdrawal amount cannot be processed until the transfer to the new pension fund has been completed. This entire process has now taken more than a month, despite the amounts involved not even being substantial. I need this matter resolved as a matter of urgency. I do not have the time to continuously follow up with no communication or progress from your side. Please provide me with urgent feedback and confirmation that this matter is being finalised. On 31 December, I attempted to deposit R2,500 into my bank account using an FNB ATM at Riverstone Mall in Meyerton. The transaction was cancelled, and the ATM did not return my money. I immediately went to the branch, where the staff assisted me by completing a claim form to have the deposit refunded. Today, I received an SMS stating that my claim has been placed on hold pending further verification. This is extremely frustrating and unreasonable, as all the necessary proof has already been provided and the money belongs to me. I am now being made to wait to receive my own funds. I have never experienced such a situation before, and it is unacceptable to go through this much trouble just to get my own money back
I have been requesting a statement / Tax Certificate of my provident fund I withdrew in March from Cedar and have been requesting it from monday 14/10/2024 and still haven't received anything.
I switched banks from fnb to discovery bank , soo I emailed debt rescue on the 8th of july 2022 to request that they changed it I even send through the bank confirmation letter , but no response when I call in to speak to their customer service it just rings , I have sent through another two emails but no response today it is the 12th of september now im just getting threat emails that I did not pay etc.... but how is this my problem I have been under debt review for more than 4 years never missed a payment
We have been with MTN for 5 years and still on going we upgraded our contract last year 1st of March 2020 one being a Samsung Note 10 Lite a month ago one morning I picked up the phone and it didn’t want to switch on on October 10th I took the phone to Mall @ Carnival MTN store as it still under warranty MTN Consultant then did the normal MTN Visual Inspection Report (VIR) front view, back view, side view left, side view right, back view ect. He then noted that the mobile does have four scratches on the back. He then gave me the sim tray box and my phone protection cover back and said we can phone Friday 15th my fiancé phoned the MTN repairs on 0839000349 and gave the IMEI number as asked and the feedback of the phone shocked me MTN then informed me that there is a Display problem – Crack in display and there for it is Out of Warranty! Physical Damage. And sent me a Quote of R8,069.00 That phone has never been dropped once and physical damage would have been visible when the consultant did the (VIR) visual inspection report and would have made a note of it. If he saw the four scratches he would have seen the crack in the display. Really unhappy as for I know for a fact that phone didn’t have that crack in the display when I took it in and this kind of service from MTN is unacceptable.
