Still waiting for my refund

I have previous rented from Rentoza and had no hassles, last month on the 24th of April I tried to subscribe again. and was declined. No problem, was promised my refund in 6-12 working days. I waited and no refund, queried and was advised it was escalated but now I'm just being ignored on their Whatsapp platform, sent an email no reply. I want my money back!!!!!
