Rentoza has no customer service from the time I started my subscription till the end that’s why I will never go back to them. I recently saw a statement were they promised their customer service will definitely improve. I then reached out to get assistance to remove what they wrote that my phone is managed by rentoza and I am done paying them but still you get response after 5hrs and they still not resolving my issue can I please get assistance
I cancelled rain in April a retentions consultant called me to retain me I made it clear that I am canceling and will no longer need your services I even provided my work address to collect the router she said I will receive an email confirming cancellation I haven’t received it and everyday rain is trying to deduct me even today. I don’t know who is selfish the consultant or the company I’m using another service provider I have good network and getting value for what I pay for rain I would stay days without internet they debited me before my actual deduction dates so please stop trying to deduct and honor my cancellation request that I requested.

I app**** through home connect since 26th March till today no fiber I was told my payment does not reflect but I have sent proof of payment my issue still not resolved and also costing me financially your services are poor I want my refund because there is no solution
I want to cancel and get my refund. I app**** on the 26th and they sent me a link to pay I used that link to pay and till today no fiber has been installed. When I called I was told they will call me to come and install and as I’m always calling and following up only one consultant Sandile picked up the payment was not allocated but all along no one was telling me and even today payment not allocated so I don’t have fiber extra expenses as I work from home and can’t watch tv so I just want my refund home connect service is poor I’ve been sending my proof of payment but still nothing. I want my refund so I. Am get another service provider I’m stressed enough
I have been calling rain to change my debit order date and every time I call. I am being told to call again today is the 18th wanting to change a debit order of the 25th was told its late. What makes me angry is the rude consultant I spoke to this morning raising her voice and using words that make me feel stupid yet I am calling customer service. I don't want their service if that's how their consultants are very rude and not helpful.
