Would rarely it -5 if I could. Online shopping is the worst ever, the courier companies they use are pathetic, *****ing/losing the stock on every order. I placed an order online for some weights which they saying "online only" (I dont see why you cant stock this in store, I visited multiple Mr Price Sport stores and they kept sending me around, only for me to find out its online only). The order is still missing 3 weeks later. They gave ME the courier to phone and he confirmed that my order was lost or ******. They use M24/LMS Logistics which I now know are thieving ****. THEN I am told by the operator after waiting for 3 weeks, that I must first wait for the delivery company to submit a form saying the order is ******/lost AND THEN ONLY 5-7 DAYS MORE I will receive a refund. But the logistics company has not submitted the form yet, obviously where would they have time for a form when they cant even do their own f'n job. WORST RETAILER AND WORST PLACE I WORKED AT, JUST GO BANKRUPT.

If I never called Mr price no one would have told me ?????? I have taken this to social media and I hope you guys get what you deserve. Since from march, I have been unable to login to my account on the mobile app and the website. I have made many calls, it is unfortunate that I didn't take names of the people I was on call with but I sent multiple emails with a response from Jessica Moolman and Siyasamkela Maphumulo saying my issue has been resolved when in fact it was not. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received so far!! Once I'm done paying my account month end, I'm cancelling my account and will never, EVER use their account AGAIN!!! I AM DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE, USELESS ALL OF THEM.

Since from march, I have been unable to login to my account on the mobile app and the website. Mr Price Sport lost my parcel, which were my son's soccer boots. I have followed up numerously even here but I still have not received my refund. To Mr Price sport this might be something small, but to me this is disappointing my son who is constantly missing soccer practice. I want my refund.

I placed my order on 13th April, with an expected collection date of 22 April at my selected store. Unfortunately, that date has long passed and I am still without any update or resolution. Since then, I have contacted the customer service centre about 5 times, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Each time, I am given the same response; that they have contacted the courier company and are still waiting for feedback. There seems to be no urgency, follow-up, or accountability! What is even more disappointing is that when I requested to escalate the matter or speak to someone with more authority, I was told that they are not permitted to transfer calls to management. I was essentially told to keep waiting until they receive a response, with no clear timeliness or proactive communication. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company of this size. A simple delivery issue should not take this long to resolve , nor should customers be left feeling powerless and ignored!

Mr Price Sport customer service is very disappointing. I bought online for the order to be delivered at their Kempton park branch. The branch have lost my order and they told me to request refund online. When I ask for a refund on their online platform I am referred back to the branch.I have been sent from post to pillar, All i need is my refund.

Never buying online from Me price sports again. Firsty my goods got delivered in a wrong store which I'm very far from and when I reached out I was told they can not ship it to the location I have selected they'll have to refund me. I asked for the refund so I can buy again but it's 18 days now. From the first week when I was doing follow up I was told that they are waiting for the courier to collect the goods from the store to their warehouse even today after 18 days the good are still in that store. So disappointed

Dear Mr Price Sports Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Welkom Goldfields Mall branch. On my recent visit, I attempted to make purchases using my account and presented my new ID, which reflects my married surname. Unfortunately, the cashier informed me that they could not assist me because the surname on my new ID differs from my old one. This situation caused me great embarrassment. A manager was called, and when I raised my concerns, she dismissed them by saying that many people have reported Mr Price before. I found this response unprofessional and lacking in customer care. I would like to understand why my new ID is accepted when making account payments but not when making purchases. Could your staff not have scanned my ID or contacted head office to verify my details? Instead, I was forced to search through my phone for a copy of my old ID, which was highly inconvenient. If I had been traveling from another city, this would have been even more disruptive. I believe it is Mr Price’s responsibility to update customer details in-store rather than placing the burden entirely on customers. I was told to email my documents myself, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. While I understand the need to prevent *****, surely there are better ways to verify customer information without causing embarrassment and inconvenience. I urge you to equip your staff with better customer service skills and provide clearer processes for handling situations like mine.
