I want my refund Mr Price Sport......
Mr Price Sport lost my parcel, which were my son's soccer boots. I have followed up numerously even here but I still have not received my refund. To Mr Price sport this might be something small, but to me this is disappointing my son who is constantly missing soccer practice. I want my refund.0 replies

Mr Price Sport lost my package and they DO NOT want to refund me.
Mr Price Sport customer service is very disappointing. I bought online for the order to be delivered at their Kempton park branch. The branch have lost my order and they told me to request refund online. When I ask for a refund on their online platform I am referred back to the branch.I have been sent from post to pillar, All i need is my refund.7 replies

Deposit issues on Hollywoodbets
I did a deposit on the Ozow instant EFT, Money still not reflecting. When you call customer service you have to hold for 45 to 60 minutes, And you still don't get assistant except for the consultant telling you you must wait for 24 to 48 hours.1 reply

Disappointing service
I have redeemed my points for a Shoprite voucher on 07 July 2021,To date I still haven't received my voucher. They say it takes 20 to 30 working days to process, I guess on my park it will take forever. Their service is disappointing.1 reply

Great customer support
I had a great experience with the support for DSTV now, I had bought my Decoder a while back, In between my number was changed, When trying to register for DSTV now online it needed to send the OTP to the number that I had already lost. I was assistant in like 2 minutes,2 minutes it what it took for them to assist me, This is a #WIN for DSTV support.1 reply

Worst service
Bidvest bank service is very poor, I sent an email yesterday for debit order dispute, I have not received any feedback, I have sent 4 follow up email, Not even an acknowledgement email sent. I am definitely closing this account .Such a disappointing service from such a big institute.1 reply
