Mr Price Sport lost my package and they DO NOT want to refund me.
Mr Price Sport customer service is very disappointing. I bought online for the order to be delivered at their Kempton park branch. The branch have lost my order and they told me to request refund online. When I ask for a refund on their online platform I am referred back to the branch.I have been sent from post to pillar, All i need is my refund.

I received an email now saying my order has now been cancelled, when can I expect a refund?
It is very disappointing to have to constantly follow up, and not getting clear communication or resolution.
