I CANNOT LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT!!!
Since from march, I have been unable to login to my account on the mobile app and the website. I have made many calls, it is unfortunate that I didn't take names of the people I was on call with but I sent multiple emails with a response from Jessica Moolman and Siyasamkela Maphumulo saying my issue has been resolved when in fact it was not. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received so far!! Once I'm done paying my account month end, I'm cancelling my account and will never, EVER use their account AGAIN!!! I AM DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE, USELESS ALL OF THEM.
