II am logging a second complaint on hello Peter tomorrow morning 7am. I unfortunately do not have the time and patience to wait to be answered on hello Peter and via email. I placed an order and I have sent through the purchase form I have not recieved a response from last week Wednesday. I called Mr price I asked to speak to a manager on Wednesday at 1 to date no one has called me. My mum is a runner I have purchased the shoes for her online and the sale went through!!!!! Only for me to follow up and find out it was cancelled the agent could not give me a reason why. To date I have not recieved feedback as to why and I have been locked out of mr price online account? Is this the way customers complain ?I have seen the reviews online and I am going to post this to my followers on social media, patience does not run past 3 working days with no response to the customer upon receiving a complaint and multiple follow ups as you can see below, KUDOS MALAIKA NAIDOO, YOU ARE A 1 STAR REPRESENTATIVE.
Online order gone wrong, was not notified that the order was cancelled. I called Mr price asked to speak to a manager the very same day which was Wednesday to date no one has called me, my online account I cannot gain access to and the order placed which I recieved a purchase of sale for is cancelled !! If I never called Mr price no one would have told me ?????? I have taken this to social media and I hope you guys get what you deserve. Fyi I also sent a email to help and that was an absolute joke !!!!!!!
Requested a call back and recording of an interaction of a Capitec agent placing me on hold after I had asked for their name and surname. Haven't received a call or mail since.
Terrible fibre services, if you cannot perform do not go into the fibre market !!!!!

Bad service, agents talk to you like they are the president. Paid Mr price more than I should have, they are now giving me the run around for my payment, please do no open a Mr price account ever !!!!!!

Damian Govender was friendly,he updated my details accordingly and was patient with me. When I asked him to double check the details of the vehicle he assisted to the best of his ability. He is a true asset to TIH!!! Please give him some T money !!! He deserves it
Almost a year later, and I'm still unable to use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Maps, GPS, or other important apps on this device. As a woman, I am deeply concerned about my safety, especially since I cannot access the GPS. This situation is incredibly unsafe, yet this is what Huawei and Vodacom are subjecting customers to. I have complained to Vodacom, but they refused to get involved and passed the responsibility to Huawei. Despite my efforts, Huawei has not helped me to date. However, I am still paying Vodacom for this phone. Why does Vodacom promote devices that do not work? I have been unable to use basic apps on this device for more than a year! How unsafe is this? Please do not bother contacting me, as I believe there is nothing you can do to assist me. I will continue to share this on every social media platform.
