I'm very disappointed with HUAWEI CARES INSURANCE.I have being paying HUAWEI CARES INSURANCE for almost 2 years now. I have submitted all the necessary documents to claim my insured HUAWEI DEVICE.Till to date they no longer answer to my emails I feel like Huawei cares insurance it ****s people this is not my1st time using and insuring my device with them to add on that every time you claim on their insurance there's always stories and explanations that dont make sense then they will make by all means that they avoide you for months whilst you still paying them no call that they will take if you call cause they know are the worst insurance and they dishonet on another level..And they know there's nothing I can do about it cause they used to this.

To reiterate the severity of the situation: my device, a [Huawei 8i], exploded and nearly caused a catastrophic house fire. This is not a standard hardware glitch or a routine service request; it is a critical safety failure that put my life, my family, and my property at immediate risk. Despite the gravity of this incident and subsequent communications promising a resolution and compensation, I have yet to receive the agreed-upon settlement or a definitive conclusion to this matter. The delay in handling this case is deeply concerning and unacceptable given the trauma and potential hazard involved. Kindly advise how to handle this matter as I want to escalate it. Thanks

On the 7th of March 2026my Huawei cell phone exploded into pieces. I had the phone collected and send to Huawei technical department. The only reply I get from them to date is a couple of SMS's stating that management is looking into the matter, no progress on why or anything really bad service. I will be posting pictures on Facebook, twitter and Tik Tok to warn customers of the danger

Extremely poor services with agents that provides dishonest and misleading information. It's now been 89 days waiting for my refund that I lodged on the 12th of February 2026. It was supposed to take 10 -business days to be paid out however all I got was multiple excuses and **** receipts that were disputed by the bank

The Huawei Cover Pro admistered by Viva Cover is a total ****, I took an insurance for my phone when I lost my phone my claim was rejected because there was no "force " when I lost the phone , how can there be force when the phone is lost not ****** or ******? And the Cover was for loss and theft, but when you lose your phone they won't approve your claim because there was "No Force" unless I don't know what the definition of loss is because I did not say I was ****** or it was ******, the phone fell in a public transport and I wasn't even aware I lost it until I got to work.

Pathetic service from Cornubia Huawei Manager. My daughters phone was booked in a screen and battery replacement. Upon collection, the back beading /cover of the phone is chipped. The lady consultant checked the photos of the one when booked in and there was no damage. However when she phoned the manager to intervene, he said he'd be back in a few minutes. I waited for the manager for half an hour with no show - the lady had to go look for him outside only to find him standing outside and smoking. We could see him right outside the shop but he could not be bothered to assist. He has not even bothered to call me with regards to the matter. I have contacted head office but could not be bothered to. It is so difficult to get assistance from Huawei.
