HUAWEI CARES INSURANCE POOR SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL AGENTS!!

I'm very disappointed with HUAWEI CARES INSURANCE.I have being paying HUAWEI CARES INSURANCE for almost 2 years now. I have submitted all the necessary documents to claim my insured HUAWEI DEVICE.Till to date they no longer answer to my emails

I feel like Huawei cares insurance it ****s people this is not my1st time using and insuring my device with them to add on that every time you claim on their insurance there's always stories and explanations that dont make sense then they will make by all means that they avoide you for months whilst you still paying them no call that they will take if you call cause they know are the worst insurance and they dishonet on another level..And they know there's nothing I can do about it cause they used to this.
