Pathetic service from Cornubia Huawei Manager. My daughters phone was booked in a screen and battery replacement. Upon collection, the back beading /cover of the phone is chipped. The lady consultant checked the photos of the one when booked in and there was no damage. However when she phoned the manager to intervene, he said he'd be back in a few minutes. I waited for the manager for half an hour with no show - the lady had to go look for him outside only to find him standing outside and smoking. We could see him right outside the shop but he could not be bothered to assist. He has not even bothered to call me with regards to the matter. I have contacted head office but could not be bothered to. It is so difficult to get assistance from Huawei.
