I placed my order on 13th April, with an expected collection date of 22 April at my selected store. Unfortunately, that date has long passed and I am still without any update or resolution. Since then, I have contacted the customer service centre about 5 times, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Each time, I am given the same response; that they have contacted the courier company and are still waiting for feedback. There seems to be no urgency, follow-up, or accountability! What is even more disappointing is that when I requested to escalate the matter or speak to someone with more authority, I was told that they are not permitted to transfer calls to management. I was essentially told to keep waiting until they receive a response, with no clear timeliness or proactive communication. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company of this size. A simple delivery issue should not take this long to resolve , nor should customers be left feeling powerless and ignored!
