The last time i had a similar problem I went in personally to pay for order I was told by Msizi latest delivery will be Wednesday This morning he tells me he cant guarantee delivery today as the transport has to be fixed😡

Build it Hardware, King of False Advertising!!!

Build it Thembisa did me dirty. In fact, they are the king of switch-and-bait. They displayed a 5 piece “quality” toilet set only to sell me a ****ty product. And they refuse to change it, claiming that it is not their fault that they sold me a ****ty product because they do not manufacture their supplies. ****ty reasoning plus ****ty customer services!! 😤

Wall and Gate repairs

**********, Truck driver hit my mother's wall and gate while delivering building material we had ordered from Build It Amalinda.I informed the store of this, the same day of the incident because of the high crime rate in the area.They said they would send someone the next day to fix both the wall and gate. come the next day to fix everything,we had to remind the store about this issue,the so called contractor they sourced pitch up at 12:00 pm dug holes, disappeared at 15:00 pm,only to come back at 18:00 pm to start fixing the slabs of the said wall.Four days later,my mother's gate is still not fixed. She has building material in the yard,and God forbid if anything happens to her or that material is ******..We have to keep calling and sending emails just to get anything done,no initiative from them. After all the money we have spent on them buy building material,this is truly disheartening.

PLEASE PEOPLE... PLEASE DO NOT SHOP / SUPPORT / OR SPEND YOUR MONEY AT BUILD IT KOEDE****RT . IN VILLERIA PRETORIA. THEY ARE TOTALLY USELESS... AND BUILD IT CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE THAN THAT. I LOST R900-00 THIS MORNING AT THE USELESS BUILD IT KOEDE****RT, WHERE I PAID FOR A PRODUCT, WHICH THEY GLADLY DIDNT HAVE OR COULD NOT SUPPLY ME WITH. THE ITEM WAS PAID FOR, WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY. WHICH THEY CLADLY TOOK, KNOWING VERY WELL, THEY COULD NOT SUPPLY ME WITH WHAT I PAID. DISGUSTED AS I WAS, AND VERY UPSET, WHICH IS NATURALLY, WHEN SOME ONE S T E A L S YOUR MONEY, YOU WANT IT BACK. WELL, I AM NOT SO LUCKY. OVER THE COURSE OF TODAY, I HAVE CALLED BUILD IT SO CALLED CUSOMER SERVICE, WHERE I SPOKE TO MPHO, AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUTES, WHO WHEN SHE EVENTUALLY ANSWERED MY CALL,TOLD ME SO RUDELY, THAT SHE WAS THE ONLY LADY AVAILABLE, AND HAD OTHER CALLS TO ATTEND. WELL IF BUILD IT IS TRULLY A BIG COMPANY, AND CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHY DO THEY HAVE ONLY ONE PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SOUTH AFRICA, TO ATTEND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???????? I ASKED WHY HAVE I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY CALLING THAT BRANCH NUMBER, AND IT WAS NOT WORKING.. HE WAS VERY ARROGANT, AND CLAIMED I SWORE AT HIS STAFF. REALLY??????? HOW CA I HAVE SWORED AT HIS STAFF THISS THIS MORNING, AS I WAS NOT AT THE STORE?????CAN HE EXPLAIN, AND PROVIDE A SWORNED AFFIDAVIT, FROM HIS STAFF THAT I SWORE AT THEM? I CHALLENGE THE SORE MANAGER TO THIS. I WAS NEVER IN THAT STORE TODAY OR EVEN IN LAST 3 WEEKS. CAN HE PLEASE SEND ME AN AFFIDAVIT, FROM HIS STAFF MEMBERS, WHO HE SAYS I SWORE AT THEM. Excellent Service from Thabo and Ishan

Compliment for Excellent Service I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the team at Built It R&S in Nuffield Springs. From the very beginning, Thabo showed remarkable patience and professionalism, guiding me through the process even when my paperwork was incomplete. His kindness made me feel valued and never like I was wasting his time. When I finally made my purchase in February, Ishan, the store manager, kept his word and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He consistently checked in on me, making sure I was satisfied and that my deliveries arrived exactly as requested. Both Thabo and Ishan truly stood out for their dedication and customer care, and I am grateful to the rest of the team for their support as well. The service I received was nothing short of excellent, and I will gladly recommend Built It R&S to others. Thank you for making my experience magnificent.

Paid R53,200.00 CASH/CARD into my Build It Daveyton account, now they say funds are "missing"!!

I am posting this publicly because I am being treated like a **** by your Daveyton branch (Majutene Square), and I need answers immediately. On the 25th of July 2019, I went to the Majutene Build It in Daveyton to load money into my Build It account. For clarity: I was not buying goods to take home that day. I was depositing funds into my account with Build It so that the money would be safely stored there, and I could collect the materials whenever I was ready to start my building project. I handed over my hard-earned money to your cashier, Lerato Phala, on that day. Here are the transaction details: Tax Invoice Number: INV53659 Date: 25 July 2019 Total Amount Paid: R53,200.00 Payment Method: R25,000.00 via Credit Card and the balance in CASH. Cashier: LERATO PHALA Number of Items on Slip: 4297 (this refers to the payment transaction) I have the physical proof. I have the original tax invoice and the payment receipt. The money left my bank account via the card machine, and the cash left my pocket and went into your cash drawer. Now, months later, I am ready to start my project. I went to the Daveyton store to collect my materials, expecting the R53,200.00 to be sitting safely in my Build It account, waiting for me. Instead, I was told by your staff that they "cannot locate the funds." How is this possible? I did not take goods that day. I simply LOADED MONEY into your system. This is a pure cash deposit into my account with your store. How does a payment of over Fifty Thousand Rand simply disappear? Where is my money? Did your cashier ***** it? Is there a hole in your financial records? This is totally unacceptable, and I will not tolerate it. I have the invoices. I have the proof. I want to know exactly where my R53,200.00 is. I want my money made available immediately so I can buy my building materials. This is a massive failure on your part. I demand that a senior manager from Build It South Africa contacts me TODAY to resolve this. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 24 hours, I will be opening a case of theft with the SAPS and laying a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman. EXPLOITED AND UNDERMINED

I feel exploited by Build It Sun Village In 2022 I bought 2 Jojo Tanks, 2 pressure pumps and 10 bulbs which I haven`t received even when I ask for my refund since this is been dragging for too long they refuse with it. Their reason: "Their staff that committed ***** & got fired around that year." My concern is that why should I suffer as a consumer for ***** that was done by the same people that Build it hired themselves, they should refund my hard earned cash which I spent in their store and deal with their *****sters alone Please help me with my refund, I need that money
