Was at build it Dundonald this morning trying to buy a power tools. Two of the power tools were on display so I took the circular saw and put it in the empty box since wasn’t anyone to assist and we as customers were left fending for themselves. Any the issue if with the jigsaw which was cable tied to the shelf and I found one of the guys coming through the door as he was on his way to somewhere. The guy is Muzi and he was kind enough to assist cut down the display put it in its box for me. But what makes me give a low rating is his colleague Xoli who was reducibling him the entire time as he was assistant me, she (Xoli) kept shouting loudly in the store for another isle that “There’s no customer that’s special we must load this toilet”. I came to Build it because of quality tools and the friendly treatment from Patricia at the till. Other I feel bad for Muzi who was just trying so calmly to explain that he was assisting a client. I support build it, in here every week. But this is unprofessional for Xoli to do.
No customer service, wanted to buy pa sound system but unfortunately there’s no customer service the guys just look at you starring at amps and speakers. I saw more clients meter the door and leave without being greeted nor assist.
Bought a Triple Decker Creamy Chicken from Dundonald Debonairs and it was a complete waste of money the bottom part was empty and the top had burnt mushrooms and no creamy part just dried with overcooked 7 little pieces of chicken I mean 7 for the whole pizza. I took videos. Guys don't drop the standard just because we are in a rural area.
My issue with the Prime Protect App has not been resolved, it's been a week. The app still send the otp to my old number.
First time at Cashbuild and I went to the Elukwatini branch. There no service at all, was stuck there for an hour trying to buy a toilet. Fortunately my wife was there so that we could take out the boxes an assemble a toilet in store which ever one we wanted. We even assembled toilets at the entrance but no one cared, staff was enjoying the breeze outside. Only the cashier was sitting inside watching us. What if broke a toilet or hurt ourselves trying to move these heavy boxes? No stuff had name tags let alone cared about what we were doing. I'm just hoping I bought the right toilet and that I won't need any other fittings.
I went to Build It in Fernie Mpumalanga, just 100km from Ermelo today. My issue was at the till with the 2 ladies there Thembisile and Phethile I think. It is not a pleasant experience when you are paying and these two ladies are speaking to each other complaining about how customers are flocking in whilst they wish it was knock off time. So what should I do as a customer should I not come and support the business? They why they were speaking to each other Thembisile even took my card for payment without even telling me the total. Please Build It invest in customer services in your stuff, just because we are in a rural area doesn't mean we must be treated like percents, our money still holds the same value as money in big cities. On a side note, the lady that was assisting me with the aluminium windows did a great job and was kind and patient with me, even taught me something. I'll be coming back to buy the windows next week due to her helpful service but not looking forward to the till.
We are constantly struggling with vodacom network due to vodacom tower that's down. We've always had loadshedding but never this. There is little to no network consistency even when there's electricity. This started a few months ago and we called they said they'll send a technician to fix it and work for 2-3 weeks and then back again. My business works online and I buy over a 100GB per month on prepaid, today I have to except the reality of purchasing another network Sim card because vodacom is killing my business. To get network I have to drive elsewhere! Fix it vodacom, and monitor your network even here Empuluzi. And the stupid Tobi keeps ending my calls saying I must restart my phone.
Someone at fnb doesn't want to do their job. Honestly how difficult is it to type a name that's on cipc papers. I opened a business account over the phone, the lady over the phone told me name of the business as she picked it up on cipc. I declared both directors (other on being my wife). Was told the account would be opened. I received a notification that my card was on the way to the ermelo branch like I requested but when I called to find out why my wife hasn't got a notification that her card was also on the way there were no straight answers. However I went to branch 100km away to collect my card and after a long que a lady just handed me an envelope and said there's your card. I walk out opening my envelope assuming I'd have to put it in the atm to activate it ,and there I found the wrong company name on my card. Like really, I don't even know if the notifications are working or not because I've deposited money with no notification and already sent out banking details to my clients but now I dont know...
My camera was expiring and I received an SMS notification that I must pay interest to Cash Crusaders Lambton. The SMS had a link that I must follow in order to make a eft payment online. Interest was R268.52 so I followed the link and paid the interest on the 29th of April. This was convenient for me since I have since relocated from gauteng to Mpumalanga, through the other months I have had to send someone to pay interest for me. Nonetheless I called in and was told the payment reflected on the system and the balance to take out was R3471.00. In my I received another notification that my item was expiring but this time there was no link, I called in and was told by a lady in the phone that it doesn't show interest to extend, however she said I can do capital Reduction which I'd pay R1850.00 and the balance (which the system would deduct R1850 from R3471) in 20 days then take out my camera. Since I'm far I was advised to use the detail I used the previous time. I made the payment 23 May and sent through proof of payment, but kept calling for weeks wanting to know what was my balance to take out my camera but no can assist me since today. Everytime I speak to someone new I'm told that they'll verify the payment, two weeks ago a guy said to me I need to pay R3500 to take out because the R1850 was just interested, when I told him I made an eft payment he said he doesn't know what to do about that and he'll tell others to call me but nothing. I'm afraid next thing I'll be told my camera was sold, I've just wanted my camera back but the interest keeps going up to my expense unnecessary. I sent my relative a month ago but she was told I must pay R3500 to get my camera back because R1850 does show on the system, yet one lady I spoke to told me that they recognized the payment and she'll check for me the balance soon s it shows on the system. I am unwilling to lose a R20k camera over this please fix it.
So I had my drone that was expiring on the 20th of July, and as custom I called them to extend it by a few days. I spoke to Lebetse at the buyers after the person using the Cash Crusaders WhatsApp says they can't help me with the extension. Lebetse said he can assist with the extension until the 25th of July which at that time I didn't know it was a Sunday. So as usual whenever the expiry day is on Sunday or Public Holiday (If they are closed) I knew that it automatcally falls to the next day or Monday in this case. So Yesterday Cash Crusaders Kempton Park was not open, so because I had a emergency breakdown at work in Mpulanga, I though I said someone to go pay today, but to my surprise when he got there he was told the drone was sold this morning. I called to speak to Lebetse he told me it was sold because I did not pay yesterday. I then spoke to the manager who said he was Justin and he said that their system unfortunately continue to count Sunday even If they are closed. So he basically was saying it is my problem that they were not open on Sunday, and it is my problem that when his staff gave me a new expiry date they didn't tell me that it would expire on that Sunday whether they are closed or not. Lebetse said to me that if something expires on Sunday they consider that it expired on Saturday since they are not open Sundays. If you look into my ID number you'll see how much I've traded with Cash Crusaders... in Secunda, Middelburg, Witbank, East London and now Kempton Park, so over 50k -80k, so how come all of the branches I've dealt with operate the same was except this one? The worst thing is that on the day I pawned my drone Lebetse insisted I fly it inside the store even though I told him it was not safe, as my fear happen it went up and crashed into a TV next to it and cracked one of my propellers, I didn't pay attention to it because I was running late with where I needed the money for. Secondly he asked if I could give him my backpack which i used to bring in the drone, he said it would make my drone safe and I didn't mind. But today Cash Crusader Kempton Park sells my drone and says it is my fault they were not open Sunday.
