Bad staff attitude
I got such a foul attitude at Build it Madadeni from a staff memember by the name of “Mandisa” she was annoyed the whole time we spoke and just ready to dismiss me without explaining in detail, the more questions I asked the more she got annoyed her attitude was really foul I dont see myself going back there again

Very bad customer service
Very disappointing, received the wrong size called them and they said I must email them, I sent emails 3 times I still have not received any correspondence and its been 2 weeks 😔

Bad service
They did not inform me that my parcel would be arriving on that day and I was at work, while I was trying to find someone to go and recieve the parcel the driver got very angry with me and started being rude then decided to just leave with my parcel without telling me that he is leaving, my mother had to run after him while he was driving away I called the courier guy in Newcastle to report that I was not happy with this they said they will talk to the driver and get back to me im still waiting for them to get back to me its been 7 weeks now
