Terrible customer service from Build It Kyalami
Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the manager, MJ, at Build it Kyalami. This was our first time ordering bricks from this branch, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. A massive delivery truck was sent to a residential property with clear access limitations. We have ordered from other suppliers before, and they consistently use appropriately sized vehicles, understanding the constraints of delivering to a home. What made the situation worse was that the driver, Yaneman, was the only one showing any level of professionalism. He clearly explained that the truck would not fit and that surrounding trees would make even offloading outside the property difficult. Despite this, MJ refused to listen and insisted that delivery proceed as-is, making no effort to find a practical solution. As a direct result of this poor decision-making, tree branches were damaged, and we were left with additional, avoidable costs to move the bricks ourselves. Even more unreasonable was the suggestion that we pay a second delivery fee if we wanted a smaller truck — effectively charging us for their own lack of foresight. Beyond the logistical failure, the most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of accountability and customer care. MJ was stubborn, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for a situation that could have easily been handled correctly from the start. This experience has not only ensured that we will never return to Build it Kyalami, but it has also completely eroded our trust in the Build it brand as a whole.

Disgusting Customer service

WebAfrica is an absolute nightmare.
DON'T choose Webafrica. I recently got fibre with them, Less than a month ago. I am paying for speeds of 1000/250 but I am getting speeds of 2/4. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks now to get support to help me but to no avail. Their customer service is utter garbage. Even home affairs does a better job. If I cant get this sorted by the end of the week, I am probably going to file a formal complaint, because there is no way I am going to pay R1000 cancellation fee when i have only been using them for a month and on top of that they haven't provided me with a single day of the speeds I am paying for. Its absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the hassle.

Amazing quality products and service
Absolutely amazing. I ordered a gift for my manager who is leaving and it came on time. Packaged beautifully. It was so easy to order and hassle free. I am extremely happy.

North Rand Road Consultant was exceptional
I have been trying to get assistance with closing my account. My account is yet to be closed, however, I was assisted by a lady named Azile from FNB North Rand Road. I was highly irate after not being able to get anywhere since Friday last week. She went out of her way to make sure that she assisted me and I left content even though my issue was not resolved. Thank you for your kindness and patience when dealing with me. Thank you for not giving up on me and sending me away with no way forward. I appreciate your assistance Azile.
