I had an issue in that I purchased the wrong device
I had an issue in that I purchased the wrong device. Since lodging the claim, I was treated like a Gold customer. I now need my credit, so I can buy another unit. I could have chosen a credit and to buy elsewhere but, I am confident I am at the right place Thank you Revibe
