Withdrawal not paid
I am once again disappointed by Supabets. I’ve made a withdrawal but now when I try to check the status of my withdrawal it says that I cannot make a withdrawal because my account is inactive. How was my account inactive when I was able to deposit and play but when I’ve won and make a withdrawal I’m told it’s inactive. I’m trying not to log out coz if my account is deactivated I will no longer be able to log in and won’t be able to track my withdrawal. Why does it have to be a struggle with Supabets if I want to make a withdrawal.

I need my account to be verified.I have sent documents and have been told it’s escalated but it seems like a game of exchanging emails.Since morning.I used the same account to deposit money and they did not need anything yet now I can’t withdraw cause I’m not verified and I have all documents.I can’t wait for hours for something that an app was supposed to pick up.The support system is so poor.WhatsApp is off.I was called yet still there’s a waiting game .

Supabets is a ****, they will allow you to play and load voucher but they will never allow you to withdraw. Been trying to withdraw for almost two weeks and it always comes back as "The reason for the failure is: Rejected due to business rules not being met.", My fica documents have been verified and the agents keep escalating my issue with no change. We all can't be complaining about the same thing, please do better and allow us to withdraw our winnings.
