Worst service ever….. I’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings for a month now and every time I send a WhatsApp after they block my account it’s the same process.i.e send a screen grab fica docs and proof of payment. This is a huge ****. Enter at own risk

I've been asking them to change my old number phone to the new one but I'm struggling to do so cause when I send my fica details it gives me an error message and they say they will get back to me for the past 3 weeks I have not been able to change my numbers I've been complaining and complaining but they don't take me seriously

Yooh what a nightmare not first time with them have done fica before and I have not been playing for a while won some money had to do fica again I've never regretted something much been 5 days now since I've been attempting to get my Fica through to no avail to a point my account was even disabled because of the many attempts went to the Meadowlands branch on Tuesday they told me same story about technical issues sent emails and even did fica on the App called them 1000 times told that someone from Fica department will call back been waiting for 5 days for the callstill nothing even now when im typing it says I should submit again worst ever service after I get my money im deleted this pathetic gambling site im thinking of taking this to the gambling board clearly this can't be standard gambling ethics

Am told i have submit my fica documents again due to a system update that took place, i have submitted my fica documents both in app and fica email , for the past 24 hours i have not got any feedback when i call they keep escalating to this poor fica department stay away from this side you wont be able to withdraw

I've called send documents for Rica tries fica department and support with no luck what i was told is to be patient it will take few minutes now is three hours no response from support team nor Rica team. When you want to withdraw from account they need to fica account. Then you send all you Fica doc then they have a system problem to fica your account and do not know how long the problem will take. There are no system problem to take your money but excuse on excuse to ay out.

So I recently joined Supabets to play their online games. Now my issue has been withdrawing my winnings every time I want to withdraw their system acts up but does non of that when I deposit this has happened 5 times since i started meaning I've never been able to withdraw any of my winnings.
