Am told i have submit my fica documents again due to a system update that took place, i have submitted my fica documents both in app and fica email , for the past 24 hours i have not got any feedback when i call they keep escalating to this poor fica department stay away from this side you wont be able to withdraw

24 Apr 2026, 06:45As expected no feedback till now, clearly this system update is failing, why dont you try to do damage control and allow fica to be done through emails like before until the system works correctly meanwhile the customer account will be fica verified and be able to withdraw, everyday there is a new bad review here about same thing from a different client, all you can say to a bad review is "we apologise" you guys are losing customers and you still have pride to take fica through emails.
