Am told i have submit my fica documents again due to a system update that took place, i have submitted my fica documents both in app and fica email , for the past 24 hours i have not got any feedback when i call they keep escalating to this poor fica department stay away from this side you wont be able to withdraw
Nedbank ***** department is the worst, my account has been suspended due to an investigation external bank has now confirmed that the investigation is concluded and has notified nedbank it's been a month now my account is still suspended and I was not given any reference number.
I received letter of restructuring for my absa vehicle account, which clearly stated that if I agree with the restructure I should not respond and if i dissagree with the restructure i should respond with NO and it will be automatically captured within 5 days. All along i have been under impression that my account has been restructured and making means to pay installments for future so that my account stays up to date. But now suddenly am told that the restructure was not captured because I did not give the go ahead. I did call after the letter to agree to the restructure and I was told it's approved departments within the absa vehicle lack communication which leads to client being affected and mislead. I still need that restructure to be captured as promised i don't want a new one
