I have an issue with this hospital calling my mother who is a pensioner countless times a day demanding she pay R220 for taking my dad to that government hospital that I as a South African tax payer pay for. I want to know what this amount is for because no one said anything to her when she was there only now is she getting calls.They even have Maimela Attorneys now calling her and threatening her on the phone through their rude agents.I demand urgent answers regarding this before seeking legal counsel.
So I recently joined Supabets to play their online games. Now my issue has been withdrawing my winnings every time I want to withdraw their system acts up but does non of that when I deposit this has happened 5 times since i started meaning I've never been able to withdraw any of my winnings. This is a ******** way to keep people playing
On Tuesday African Bank called my mom regarding her credit card.They asked her to pay R750 towards the interest which she agreed to and they proceeded to do an online payment which my mom agreed to.After that was done with the consultant still on the line I noticed that they had taken double the amount and I told her and she referred me to her manager Ms Mathebula who said we must send and email of my mom's statement showing the double payment.Till today nothing has been refunded this has set my mom back because that money had other plans but now because of someone's negligence she has to suffer.Please sort this out asap before I take even further steps.
I have sent countless inboxes through different social platforms but no one has assisted to date.I went to fill up at one of your stations in Carletonville on the 31st December and was gonna use my Old Mutual rewards points as I didn't have cash.When I got the I asked the attendant if you guys take Old Mutual rewards points and he said yes and proceeded to filling R150 in the car.After that he came to me and I gave him the voucher number which he punched in and then to my surprise told me Total does not take the rewards points as I need to have Total rewards points card.This info was never communicated to me beforehand he then insisted that I give him R150 cash which I did not have hence I was using the points,he told me it had nothing to do with him i needed to make a plan which i found so insulting.I made a few calls to get the money from friends and i paid which also set me back as i now need to pay back that money while i have rewards points that I converted to fuel points at Total. I am seriously infuriated by the whole experience.
These people call me everyday no matter how much I tell them I'm not interested in what they have to offer I get 5-6 calls a day...can this please just stop
I put in a claim last month to Funds @ work and nothing has been done since when I call I'm always told I should expect the payment by the end of the week, mind you this is for the past 3 weeks. I am so disappointed this is where my money is invested and this is the treatment I'm getting.
On Monday the 13th I made a quote for my washing machine to be picked up from my mom's place to mine, I was happy with the quote and paid. On the 15th 2 guys from your company came to pick it up but told my mom they won't take it but gave no reason why, my mom told the this had already been paid for and they made a call and after that took the machine. Since then I have been waiting for it to be delivered but nothing! So this morning I decided to call in and now I'm being told the washing machine is at their warehouse and they not sure if they gonna deliver because it's not wrapped! *** guys! Why was was I not told this before it was taken? Why....the only thing I want now is my washing machine and I will never use this service ever again!
Debonairs Carletonville is the worst of the whole lot! They never disappoint in terms of disappointing....this time I ordered 2 triple deckers and they brought only one for the price of 2 and when I sent them back they never returned.
I have had the most appalling experience with the Debonairs here in Carletonville I placed an order almost 3 hours ago but still nothing when I call in using my airtime again no one knows what’s happening I have called in 4 times already and am being taken from pillar to post
Good morning I am so annoyed at the experience I have had this past week with my DSTV Wifi. So from Sunday my DSTV has been on and off and when we call in we are told to switch off the device and switch it on again as there's nothing wrong on their side but only for the device to go ff again. I have had this issue all week now where I have to whatsapp or call in to ask for assistance( mind you I work from home ) so this has a major impact on my productivity. I pay a lot on this this for it to give me such issues please resolve this asap.
