I've been asking them to change my old number phone to the new one but I'm struggling to do so cause when I send my fica details it gives me an error message and they say they will get back to me for the past 3 weeks I have not been able to change my numbers I've been complaining and complaining but they don't take me seriously
I've withdrawn money via standard bank Instant money on Friday and they sent me just the voucher number without the pin, I tried even chatting to their customer service but they don't respond and 48hrs has long passed
