These ones closed my account without telling me what was wrong I asked you on support and email you said I must take a picture holding id then you will open my account till now you closed my account with R15000+ my username is Thalido,you never opened my account you guys are a **** once we win big you block us people should refrain from opening accounts with you @everyone @Hellopeter

After spending plenty of money on the platform , the time came where a deposit did not reflect. After providing the proof of payment directly from my bank , they kept insinuating that the proof of payment is **** and that i go into my bank and have them send the deposit. Customer service team was robotic , not empathetic and kept repeating the same thing instead of actually assisting. I decided to leave the deposit because its not worth the hassle, but also will never deposit another cent. They failed to understand the importance of making there customer feel valued. So i would suggest going anywhere else but wsb to gamble!

They do not appreciate their patrons. They have cost me money so many times. Mitigating risk is their speciality. They freeze markets in-running and prevent cash outs deliberately. They never provide a coherent explanation, it's always a robotic answer and excuse. I have lost more money than I can imagine, they refuse to compensate with vouchers even if it means losing a loyal patron. Generally speaking, they are not grateful for patrons who essentially fund their website. Their staff need more training and they have no business sense whatsoever. They have no clue or idea on how to provide customer service and retain clientele. Absolutely pathetic and appalling betting experience, should fire all current personnel and start over. It's a broken system. They need to do business 101vand learn that certain gestures will keep clients happy t and content. This bunch do not have a clue. *********** to the roots.

wsb have incompentent staff that works their , wsb is always changing ther rules and regulations we make deposits into our accounts and never get our funds on time we lose out on our winning bet and when we ask for our compensation they are giving us silly amounts and always changing the amounts everyday ,wsb cannot be trusted they take more than 5 hours to sort out their queries , futhermore when you ask to speak to a senior person they say that no one is around and cannot give the names of any managment staff their this is all bull**** we play R200k a min a month and its really not worth it these guys are ****s
