When you want to withdraw from account they need to fica account. Then you send all you Fica doc then they have a system problem to fica your account and do not know how long the problem will take. There are no system problem to take your money but excuse on excuse to ay out.
I have taken my mercer screen to get fixed to Newmarket mall, Alberton a week ago.With no commication from Incredible , I decided to go to shop, find my screen still standing behind technician deck.I asked why a week later, his answer was i did log it.I spoke to branch maneger, explain situation. She agree it is unexceptable, and will take it to managment, do u think that the way we are been treade lately is exceptable. No service at all.
I have done eft payment and credit was not on my account I send my proof of payment to there online chat 3 times and they will escalate to department to credit my account it is the next day and still nothing. Chat again with there online now it going to take 2 working days it is pathetic service and they have the proof of payment. It is your eft service where the problem came in why must I fight to get my own money reflecting HOW WILL I FIGHT IT I WON TO GETT PAID OUT!!!!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!
