Ordered ONE item online. Claims 3-5 business days delivery. 10 days later the item was only now picked up by the courier. No one could assist in telling me what is happening with it, no one wants to call back on helping to resolve this. Needed this item desperately within that 5 day window, but it's still on the other side of the country. Disgusted by the lack of care. Will never buy anything from Incredible connection ever again.

This goes to the finance department of incredible connections. Pepkor lifestyle finance. Please never open an account with them. They call to always remind you of your payment after sending smses and emails. This is so annoying, we have an agreement and you debit via debit order, why do you feel the need to use all communication methods to remind me as a client to always pay, this company is very childish, i have never missed a payment,the company i owe the least amount of money but it’s the most annoying, after asking them a million times to stop with the calls they still call. I am closing this account and I want nothing to do with yol, I would rather go to a mature company that doesn’t annoy me with calls. Please avoid using they financial services by all means unless you don’t mind being called everytime to remind you to pay. Out of all the companies ive had experience with this is the only one that annoys me and disturbs my peace.

I order an item from Incredible Connection on line, the package was delivered to the wrong address, then they corrected the adress and still nothing arrived,. I contacted them again and was told the item is no longer availabe it is out of stock. I then said please refund the money so i emailed them the banking details as requested and then was told that is not acceptable i need a letter from the bank as proof of the account so i did that, I sent through a letter from thee bank. I have then recieved an email back to say it has to be the account i paid out of. I emailed back and phone back to speak to a team leader and every time i ask she is not available and they take messages but she never calls back. I am disgusted with the service i have recieved it is nearly 2 months of non stop excuses but when i email back and ask them for a number or supervisor nobody can help me. She always out or in a meeting and she doesn't return the emails or phone calls. I want my money back IMMEDATELY. Rather buy from TakeAlot or Amazon. The returns process is shocking. You have to return an item physically in store even though you bought it online. I know its 2026 and this is still a thing. Even though I live in a small town, I have to drive to my nearest city to do this - can you imagine!

The telephonic service I received this morning paints a very clear picture where the line of competent professional employees and lazy pathetic staff is drawn. It is very apparent your company does not! So here is the story - This morning around 9:30 I started reaching out to multiple companies asking wether they stock Razer gaming headsets - to where I ended up with one of the competitors for this months up and coming worst employee of the month, Pumla. So after finally getting her to stop laughing and talking in the background I was finally greeted by the economy killing "heellloooo seeeer" I continued to ask her wether they have any Razer gaming headset in stock where I was immediately shunned with the second economy killing "noooo seeeer, we don't stock Razer". I then proceeded to ask her whether she is absolutely certain, because I have definitely seen one or two in that specific store. After ear deafening back and forth shouting between her and her colleagues, I was assured with the "noooo seeeer, eish, we don't haaave" No problem - onward with my search then! And that is where it all went sideways. The friend I was helping look around at where we can find a set of Razer headphones, he phones me telling me well he is looking at 2 pairs of Razer Kraken Lites. Just for a giggle, we thought we would give something a try where my wife continued to phone the same branch, and inevitably, ender up with ol' Pumla, the one and only! Where she was predictably met with the "noooo seeeer" not even no mam, and let me tell you - my wife has the softest most ladylike voice OUT THERE! So is this the forefront of South African retail? Is this what we can expect from now on? Unprofessional, absolutely pathetic service? It's no wonder these guys are having troublesome sleepless nights over companies like Takelot and Evetech? Then they ask why companies are closing rapidly on streak and unemployment is at an all time high. Absolutely disgusting!

I am beyond furious with the disgraceful experience we’ve had with Incredible Connection. My partner purchased a TV wall unit online because it was advertised as an online sale offer only. We received a text confirming delivery for Wednesday - great we really needed it by this upcoming weekend. We specifically arranged to work from home to be present. Guess what? Nothing. No delivery. We called your so‑called call centre is utterly useless. On hold forever, no one had a straight answer, every agent gave a different story. First we were told “don’t worry, it will arrive this week.” Now today, Friday 22 May, the fifth working day, we’re suddenly told there’s “no stock.” WTAF?You promised delivery in 3–5 working days. You sent us a confirmation of delivery, which was a blatant lie. Your call centre is a joke: incapable of answering the most basic client question, when will my order arrive? Instead, we get vague, non‑committal nonsense and contradictory answers from every person we speak to. Pathetic. This is not complicated. It’s a simple delivery commitment. You failed spectacularly. Don’t mislead customers with **** confirmations. Don’t waste people’s time. Don’t run promotions you can’t fulfill. Warning to others: Don’t buy from Incredible Connection. You’ll get empty promises, zero accountability, and endless frustration.

I ordered a s10 tablet on the 11th of may the turn around time is 5 days its now the 21st may and still nothing and no one is getting back to me or any answers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL

15. Days ago I bought s speakers system from the online store. They lost the biggest and most expensive part of it and now they are searching their policy is 2 to 5 days to deliver. I have spent many phone calls with customer care and even visited the branch twice. This afternoon I tell customer care Im stopping payment on the account, he puts the phone down in my ear. Now thats incredibly bad service. My sound hire business must suffer because of their incompetence and they still expect me to pay while they endlessly search. Why can't they not simply replace it. Or must i wait another two weeks?
