This goes to the finance department of incredible connections. Pepkor lifestyle finance. Please never open an account with them. They call to always remind you of your payment after sending smses and emails. This is so annoying, we have an agreement and you debit via debit order, why do you feel the need to use all communication methods to remind me as a client to always pay, this company is very childish, i have never missed a payment,the company i owe the least amount of money but it’s the most annoying, after asking them a million times to stop with the calls they still call. I am closing this account and I want nothing to do with yol, I would rather go to a mature company that doesn’t annoy me with calls. Please avoid using they financial services by all means unless you don’t mind being called everytime to remind you to pay. Out of all the companies ive had experience with this is the only one that annoys me and disturbs my peace.
Excellent service everytime with friendly consultants. I can never brag enough about dial direct because they have bagged a loyal customer all because of their service. It’s been so many years, and I have no complaints.
I am very disappointed. I think my next stop is their offices to cancel everything i have with sanlam, this is by far the only company that i am struggling with regards to payments being made after withdrawal, why would other companies with same services like yours have a speeded up process, why can’t yol improve? 3 weeks i am waiting on my money, i make calls, but still yol say no we are pushing it up to claims so you get your money today or tomorrow then nothing. Please I would not recommend Sanlam to anyone because what is this? Yoh
I’ve had insurance with pineapple for over 3 years and it’s so convenient and easy to insure your things and make a claim on their website. You have no excuse not to have your valuables insured, every thing i get, my next step is to have it insured with pineapple. Thank you for the best insurance that has no limitations on what to insure
We have a hisense fridge that is still under warranty and they came to check it and due to findings it was concluded that it was not fixable and the store where we bought it (ok furnitures in kuruman)should give us a new fridge. Till today ok store has not received a report from Hisense inorder for us to get a new fridge. I don’t think i would buy a Hisense fridge again. This is frustrating
I cannot describe enough how easy it is to make a claim online, upload all the documents they need and once they assign someone to assist you with your claim it’s so easy to communicate with them and if all your documentation is submitted and they are done with everything they required from you they approve your claim. I am happy to say that in a time of distress they did not add to any of the stressful situation dealing with my incident. Charlotte deserves an award, she made my claim process stress less with frequent communication. Processed my claim very quick once she had everything she needed from me. I made a review a couple of weeks back, i give the 1 star just because they responded to my frustration of their tangling poor quality 40’’ brazilian lace front wig i bought from them, they made an effort of sending courier to pick up my hair for them to inspect and do a treatment however after my hair was couriered back,their lack of communication started till i as a worried customer emailed to find out if they received the hair,to get a response that my hair was couriered back, as shocked as i was that nobody has told me what’s wrong with the hair, I received the same hair from courier, i emailed them today for a way forward as nobody communicated futher with me and the hair was still tangling, the response i got was that I cannot get a refund as the lace is cut and the wig is worn and they can advise on products to use, so I assume they expect me to first email them and ask them as per thier advise which products must i use for this tangling. What does not make sense is the fact that how do they expect me as a customer to know that their quality is bad and the hair tangles if I don’t wear the wig… very unpractical hey. But i guess it’s my loss. I might as well have donated the money i paid to charity
I recently bought a brazilian 40” lace front wig from haircity, the quality is so bad, it tangles so bad and sheds so bad, I’ve bought hair from them before but now their quality went straight to 0%. I am unhappy with the quality received in terms of the price i payed. I hope they will resolve this. I am so disappointed
