15. Days ago I bought s speakers system from the online store. They lost the biggest and most expensive part of it and now they are searching their policy is 2 to 5 days to deliver. I have spent many phone calls with customer care and even visited the branch twice. This afternoon I tell customer care Im stopping payment on the account, he puts the phone down in my ear. Now thats incredibly bad service. My sound hire business must suffer because of their incompetence and they still expect me to pay while they endlessly search. Why can't they not simply replace it. Or must i wait another two weeks?
