15. Days ago I bought s speakers system from the online store. They lost the biggest and most expensive part of it and now they are searching their policy is 2 to 5 days to deliver. I have spent many phone calls with customer care and even visited the branch twice. This afternoon I tell customer care Im stopping payment on the account, he puts the phone down in my ear. Now thats incredibly bad service. My sound hire business must suffer because of their incompetence and they still expect me to pay while they endlessly search. Why can't they not simply replace it. Or must i wait another two weeks?
Recently nought 2 tyres at Dunlop zone Jbay. These tyfes have 18 month pothole inshurance. 2 days later we hit s pothole. Dunlop Zone Port Elozabeth, 🙄 Neltune tyrescould not help us with a claim. Not HiQ HQ or TyreMart was willing to help. Now back at Jbay tyres we get told the claim can take up to a day. Ee are traveling. We paid good money for the tyrrs becaise the markeyed inshurance.
First off all, they just cut my credit limmit in half. Thats ok. I only use anout R4000 ar a tine from them. But this time Ibcancelled a Take a lot order a day after i bought. Payglex eanted s hige deposit , mote than half the value of the item wich I had paid. Now iTake a lot informed me they never got paid so I must take it up with payflex. Ut has been three days, no money back and no agent calking me. Nothing reflecting under my tefunds and zivam ahead on on if the two ither itmes i pusrchased. I am actualy in total ahead of what I owe ny over R450. This is unacceptable . They did not oay Take a lot and took my money. R1708 . Now i must wait another 72 jours for an agent to call me. That is ridiculous. Why do I lend money? So i can ave cashflow to buy more. I may as well close my payflex account and use my other credit options.
We are an up and coming accounting firm. We recently moved iinto an office as working from home uou can only do for so long. Phone Mweb, they are the cheapest router arrived, technician came. He spoke of a port and left. A month of trying to email them, holding on for 40 minutes only to have the phone be cut on the other side. I decided to walk across to Vodacom. The next day we had a router and 2 days later , after the weekend so its actualy next day, a very competent Open Serve guy came and within two hours he had climbed poles and installed ports. internet was up. The next day Mweb pitches up again. They need to install . Communication in any relationship is crucial , especially in service oriented business . Thank you Vodacom and Oprn Serve. Mweb, come fetch your router. They are expensive...
M refer back to my previous review of 8 August were I complain of being approached by Fnb anf given a Fusion Acc with promise of credit and them them losing my profile selling me insurance and suddenly declining the credit card before month end and them freezing said account with my money in oy and almost causing me not to pay my car. Then later I eas attacked and in getting away, wrote my car off. I was 2 premiums ahead at the time. Wesbank then declined me on finance because they would not get n high interest rate and or big deposit out of me. So s formal investigation brought a response today only telling me i defaulted , Wich I idid not and I can prove it on My Experian. Also, my credit rating slip to bellow criteria. From 289 to 241 because Wesbank put me close to the limit by deducting snother premium after the write off wich put me R7500 ahead on my payments but limit in the overdraught. Also, Discovery then settled the carc in full. Car hire ended and I ended ip paying R7000 ekstra for car hire. So mow they just spin the same reasons Not much of an official enquiry of you did not investigate the reason for the enquiry. Id like to see what the say next. Because i have heard nothing from First National for their hand in this. They just pUSHED it onto Wesbank and Wesbank iis hanging onto their criteria stories. I had to take my huge deposit and nuy s car cash for now. I am a Nedbank Private client snd I am with Capitec business. Lastly, ATTENTION ALL FUSION ACCOUNT HOLDERS Today Fnb could not tel me why I had to PAY overdraft LIFE Cover If was not using the overdraught and would that money pay out to a nect of kin from such a R32000 cover amount in the event of demise. THEY COULD NOT ANSWER ME.. how many other R35 policies ate out there for no benefit to the client? I know we spoke anout cover per R4000 into the overdraught only at time of the overdraught. This is serious misrepresentation and the OMBUDS man should investigate. Im closing my account and Wesbank, I want my R50! You cant even help yourself but you are here to help.
I got approached by Fnb to open a check acc with overdraught snd credit card. I am a pvt client at Nedbank and at Capitec. They deliver the card. I put money in. Suddenly shortly before the end of the month and after I moved my debit orders they cant find my profile. They had sold me inshuranve by then too. They then freeze the sccount with my money in cause the overdraught is x active they eventually after a day long fight release the account, but there I have to move to get my stiff paid.they decline the credit card. I Do a couple of months later im in an accident. Inshurance pays, Wesbank assures me I can finance again. But due to the decline on the credit score and the vehivle being settled my credit score is doen to 641. Iwas two premiums aboed and aleays paid on time. So yhey sufdenly decline me. They ******ed uo my credit score and they are first to decline. No real help band now Ive beenng a car after inshurance stoppped paying. Im R6000 down already. Noe everyone is declining me and I need the vehicle for work. Worst banking experience of my life.
A bit too many emails, but I have found helpfull advice and knowledge on the site and its free. Unlike certain other sights who have now suddely sent me an wmail with advice. Experian bears Kudough by 9 out of 10
Taking money every month for 3 months. No conact, no coaching, no difference. I had to go it alone to get my credit rating up. I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM ANY OF THEIR SO CALLED PARTNERS. Nice websight is al I can give them credit for. Enough now. Refund probably will never happen.
I was ashured that if something popped up not on the Dekra report, I would get it sorted out. So, there was rust, for the price it was ok. I started fixibg tge car and then.. I found a welded lower control arm fron accident damage. A welded controll arm with cracked welding withe s****yard marking still on it.A piece welded in just above the ball joint. Their vedict. Its in the report and it is not dangerious. Doing their best to cover themselves at the George branch. I have photos and the so called report. . There is no menrion of a welded controll arm. Its all good if you are lucky and there are no faukts. But this is ridiculous. The welding looks lije it was done by a child. How did they miss that and why are they not owning up? For a R1200 controll arm , I must now endanger mysekf and other road users. This car was bought while my other vehicke is being fixed to be resoled. I cant do this to soneone else... the manager has not even bothered to phone me. I AM JUST A NUMBER. The wheel turns, what you reap, you will siw.
I have been a Vodacom customer for about 20 years now and have a number of contracts with Vodacom. We have two lines that we got with phone for free on contract that we just can not cancel. They have been on month to month for over a year and we have tried to cancel them 3 times. No joy. We dont even have sim cards for them and have never used them. Pathetic!!!
