I’ve been told by bash that I was refunded on the 19th of May 2026 yet it’s not reflecting on Payflex, I’ve sent an email to their support team, still no response and I’m getting abit frustrated going back and fourth, I’ve been in contact with bash and they can’t assist me!

What a horrible experience, I’ve been sending emails in regards to me losing my previous number and wanting to have it changed as there is no option cause I can’t access my account at all. They keep closing my ticket with no actual help and now I can’t even deactivate or restart cause they have my details. I’ve sent so many emails. No help whatsoever!

How can anyone give good reviews for this company. I have experienced lots of bad & good service but Payflex is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never respond or never respond correctly to your requests or emails. You cannot get hold of them over the phone. The worst is that they just don't care about customer service because they are too big. And there is nothing we can do as consumers.

I would like to give a big thank you to Ofentse Dikobe for her excellent customer service. She was able to assist me in sorting out my details, even going so far as to give me a phone call to ensure that I was sorted out. I really would like to commend her for going the extra mile! Very impressed.

Poor service I received from payflex purchase item from macro later on it was out of stock they refunded amount back to payflex when the next debit date come they debit the same refunded amount their communication is poor u will struggle to conduct them a day haven’t even passed they block your account and charge you triple the amount when I went back to the account am owing R27 now I have to to pay R350 imagine

So frustrated with the poor customer service I am getting from payflex customer support. Their system won’t let me make a payment manually using EFT or bank card option. I have tried to change banks and bank card on the App and still getting same error. I contacted my bank to see if the debit orders have been blocked but they confirmed that there is no flags on their side. I had 3 orders with payflex and I could manually pay the other 2 orders but the one order keeps being rejected so clearly the issue is not my bank. I have been logging the issue on the customer support service but I get quick response that doesn’t help. They keep telling me to use the EFT or bank card option which I already stated that they do not work. The arrears keeps increasing non stop and this is frustrating.
