Refund not reflecting since the 19/05/2026, online store confirmed they have done the refund, credit note was done

I’ve been told by bash that I was refunded on the 19th of May 2026 yet it’s not reflecting on Payflex, I’ve sent an email to their support team, still no response and I’m getting abit frustrated going back and fourth, I’ve been in contact with bash and they can’t assist me!
