I’ve been told by bash that I was refunded on the 19th of May 2026 yet it’s not reflecting on Payflex, I’ve sent an email to their support team, still no response and I’m getting abit frustrated going back and fourth, I’ve been in contact with bash and they can’t assist me!
Beyond disappointed in the customer service from MRP, I placed an order on the 2/10/2025 today is the 17/10/2025 still no delivery, I called the courier company they said they delivered to the incorrect person because according to them they received the incorrect address by the supplier, however I put in the correct address, the same day I did an order with runway and that was delivered within 5 days perfectly fine, so someone messed up my order yet I’m suffering, because I’m buying airtime to call the courier and mrp daily like back and forth, now I don’t know if I’m being ******, but I need this delivered asap, no one is actually making the attempt to help, everyday I call they say delivery tomorrow, this is so unfair for me as a client I must do the run around, this was the first time dealing with mrp online and it will be my last,
Paid for express delivery of clothes, supposed to be delivered on Friday the 3/10/25, courier has been calling said they have the incorrect address yet I’ve always been using this address, till today no delivery, spoke to courier he said it’s not their fault they received on the delivery note that I lived in vereenging, now why will I pay for express delivery, needed the clothes before the weekend but that didn’t happen!!!
Why am I being billed for a contract that has passed the 24 months period and I’ve cancelled, someone did call me on the 4th September saying it’s cancelled today I called Cell C to update surname and change banking details they said it can’t be done, however I’m still going to be billed for a contract that you guys told me is cancelled, no man how come cell don’t have a system that has shared notes regarding a customer, Ntombenhle at the Jhb branch today was of no help, she can’t see that I’ve cancelled my contract,
I feel sharing my experience on HP will get Woolies to respond to me, I’ve always had issues with Woolies and complained via email and fb but nothing is ever done but this time I’m tired, been to a Woolies branch on Sunday bought my weekly groceries however there was this specific product that I wanted which I took but saw the sell by date and expiry date the same day I purchased it. Asked the guy that works there if they had more because this must be for the whole week for lunch , he said no you must eat it today, I’m like okay, now how is that the sell by date and expiry date the same? I have the slips and a picture of the hot cross bun, am I missing something
I’m horrified at the service from Cell C customer care department,Query is ongoing for 2weeks manager supposed to call me, but hasn’t! I call them everyday more than once in a day, they ask me to repeat my query each time, they don’t understand anything, zanele advised she received my POP today the query is closed because zanele didn’t update the back office of POP, please I want call recordings to see how many agents told me it’s resolved and it will be dealt with yet nothing has been done, now my contract is suspended because they failed to allocate the payment into correct accounts, I want QA to listen to each call and tell me if I’m wrong, there’s no TL, or manager on duty at that call centre, as a customer I’m making payment towards two of my contracts yet that can’t even be done correctly, what type of circus is Cell C running, everyone just laughing in the background!!!! Such Pathetic behaviour I worked in a call centre and I made sure I went beyond sitting behind a desk and PC repeating myself! I’ll never upgrade with Cell C again
I’m not happy with the person top nannie hired out, I gave this lady a chance because I was desperate for help as I just had my baby, she worked for 9 months and decided to leave on the 5feb2025, she sold herself at the interview, I thought she was the one, everyday I repeat myself what to do, how to do it, she is lazy, I would never recommend her, Dorothy Moyo! When she came she had a smile on her face, loved her job, always willing to help, just off recent she started acting off!
