We bought a brand new fridge only for the water dispenser to not work. I sent an email also call head office and they sent out a technician on a brand new fridge, he said it’s fixed. That same day we added water and the dispenser was just leaking. We woke up to a wet kitchen floor. We have had the fridge for almost 3 months and I have been asking for them to come take it and just cancel this whole thing and still nothing. You send an email, it gets rep**** to days later, worse with no solution. I don’t understand what type of service is this and how they even allow for customers to be using a fridge that is leaking and to think this is paid for monthly. Till today, there has been no solution and no one is showing any interest in helping. What a horrible experience what terrible service
What a horrible experience, I’ve been sending emails in regards to me losing my previous number and wanting to have it changed as there is no option cause I can’t access my account at all. They keep closing my ticket with no actual help and now I can’t even deactivate or restart cause they have my details. I’ve sent so many emails. No help whatsoever!
