Poor communication and bad service
Poor service I received from payflex purchase item from macro later on it was out of stock they refunded amount back to payflex when the next debit date come they debit the same refunded amount their communication is poor u will struggle to conduct them a day haven’t even passed they block your account and charge you triple the amount when I went back to the account am owing R27 now I have to to pay R350 imagine

Bad service at planet fitness
The treatment I received was so bad taking me up side down and when they busy marketing they do not even tell some information This is what happened I app**** on line to the just gym at cashan when I was about to sign the contract I discovered that this gym I don’t want to train here because I have an injury and inside their gym they are having steps which will make it difficult for to climb now and then I then spoke to the guy I was supposed to sign to that I no longer want to train here so i will go to rustenburg tomorrow he insisted that I sign and tomorrow I ll just transfer without mentioning that to change is a fee on top of that plan is changing apparently when u transfer from one gym to other I can not keep the same special both clubs are running and and they did not inform me about the cooling off now is me who have to pay and spend at head office they do not even what to hear the whole thing as this was verbal and I do not have proof just like that am paying for gym that am not using and I should cancel the membership the lady that was helping me over the phone was even rude when I was asking whre do lay complain even on their contract nothing is mentioned that when you go to other clubs you pay more I need help

Ram poor service
Bad service I was supposed to receive my order from bash I received my orders the the last one they said the parcel was not scan from their service they will return it after some few days I called they said the parcel was delivered I called delivery can he did not care and said that we signed for delivery I should lodge complain with ram and tfg that I did not receive all of my orders of which we saw him leaving with parcel

Got this network over a year there always no network decided to cancel they keep on billing every month how do I stop this

Bad service I received frm vodacom
I applied a phone from vodacom thinking they come with two sim slot only to find out that vodacome's phone they do not come with, after receiving phone I returned it back the courier guys when I asked for receipt they said they do not give receipt so they took the phone tomorrow received a sms from vodacom saying that they have received the device back after few months I started receiving phone calls from debts collectors saying I own vodacom at branch they referred me to call I called and send emails no respond frm vodacom my name today is listed no one frm vodacom wants to assist me
